Things to prepare:
1 banana.
1 orange, peeled and segmented.
1/3 cup frozen sea-buckthorn berries.
1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
2 tbsp honey.
1 cup of cold water.
3 ice cubes.
How to make Morning Smoothie:
In a blender, combine the fruits with honey and vanilla extract. Cover and blend for about 1 minute.
Add ice cubes, and blend until it is well smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
