Morning Smoothie

Things to prepare:

  • 1 banana.
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented.
  • 1/3 cup frozen sea-buckthorn berries.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
  • 2 tbsp honey.
  • 1 cup of cold water.
  • 3 ice cubes.

How to make Morning Smoothie:

  • In a blender, combine the fruits with honey and vanilla extract. Cover and blend for about 1 minute.
  • Add ice cubes, and blend until it is well smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
